Resolving unprocessed emails

An email that did not become an opportunity is now resolved with an optional note, and the resolved list shows who resolved it, when and why, with the option to reopen. The carrier sets in its authority levels who may resolve. When opening the source email, the latest message comes first and the rest of the thread is one click away. Compressed attachments (zip, rar, 7z) are kept on the opportunity for download.

Carrier assignee

Each opportunity can have a person in charge at the carrier, in addition to the account manager. The assignee is notified, and notifications for that opportunity then go to the assignee and the administrators rather than the whole team. The opportunities list gains a column, a filter and a grouping by assignee, and riders and renewals inherit the assignee from the original bond.

Email attachments read on arrival

Documents that arrive by email, as PDF or image, are now read as soon as they come in, and the extracted data is available on the opportunity. Changing a document's type or moving it to another opportunity or company reads it again. Formats that cannot be read show a clear notice.

Opportunity filters

The opportunities list can be filtered by No agency, and the company filter now searches by legal name, trade name or tax ID across the whole base.

Documents up to 50 MB

The same 50 MB limit now applies to manual upload, starting an opportunity from a document, reading by Genoa and email attachments.
